To manage your Lecy business account, we collect:

  • First and last name of the person in charge
  • Business email address
  • Business phone number
  • Physical address of the shop

This data is used solely to:

  • Create and administer your Lecy business account
  • Support you and provide customer service
  • Inform you in the context of using the services offered on lecytap.com

2.2. Data collected from consumers

Lecy lets consumers collect and use loyalty points with no obligation to provide personal data.

However, to access certain advanced features (such as recovering points or receiving personalised offers), the following may be requested:
