The simplest loyalty
The Friday customer, recognised without an email
One tap while paying, the visit is counted; they stay anonymous if they wish.
Learn moreThe Friday evening customer, the one who comes for advice and leaves with two bottles: that is who you want to recognise, without asking for an email address.

In short
Lecy is a loyalty programme for wine shops and delis that works with a dynamic NFC tag placed at the till: the customer holds up their phone while paying and the visit is counted, with no stamp card, no app and no integration with your till.
What you get
The simplest loyalty
One tap while paying, the visit is counted; they stay anonymous if they wish.
Learn moreCustomer listening
After their point, the customer says how it went; that feedback lands privately in your back-office.
Learn moreGoogle reviews
Right after the visit, the customer can leave a Google review in one tap: asked at the right moment, with no sign begging for it.
Learn moreAI visibility (AEO)
Lecy shows you what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answer when people look for a wine shop, and prepares what it takes to be in it.

In a wine shop or a deli, loyalty rests on the relationship: last week’s advice, the pairing that worked, the producer you introduced.
At the till, though, that customer stays anonymous. A customer file asks for a name, an email or a number, and many people decline.
The stamp card ends up in a drawer. So you do not know how many customers come back, how often, or which ones you have lost.
The Lecy dynamic NFC tag sits next to the payment terminal.
The customer holds their phone to it, the gesture they have just made to pay, and the visit is counted. At every tap the chip produces a unique, encrypted, single-use token: the point proves the customer was in the shop.
They stay anonymous if they wish. They only leave a number if they want to hear about a new arrival or a tasting, with consent that is never pre-ticked.
The reward is free text that you set in two minutes: a discount on the next purchase, an accessory, a deli product, a seat at the next tasting.
The threshold too: five, eight or ten visits.
The page that opens on the tap shows your news: Thursday’s tasting evening, the new estate on the shelves, the year-end gift boxes.
Right after the point, the customer can say how it went: that feedback reaches your back-office privately.
They can also leave a Google review in one tap, right after being served: a review asked at the right moment, with no sign begging for it.
Recent reviews tied to a real visit: that is what Google and AI assistants read when someone asks them for a good wine shop nearby.
Straight talk
Lecy counts visits, not amounts. If your basket ranges from an everyday bottle to a case of fine wine, a visit is still a visit. For an exceptional purchase, your team adds points to the last customer with one touch on the screen, and the addition is logged.

Yes. The page that opens on the tap shows your news: a tasting, a new arrival, a fair. Customers who chose to leave their number can also receive a text message. No message goes to a customer who did not ask for it.
The standard remains one visit, one point, with no action from the team. For an exception, such as a holiday order, your team adds points to the last customer with one touch on the screen, and the addition stays logged in the back-office.
Lecy does not plug into any till software or payment terminal: it works with any till, and even without one. Nothing to install, nothing to ask your software vendor.
You decide. One account groups your addresses, with tracking shop by shop (visits, active customers, rewards, feelings), and points can be shared across all your shops or kept per shop.
