Loyalty programme for bakeries and coffee shops
Lecy is a loyalty programme for bakeries and coffee shops that works with an NFC tag placed on the counter: the customer holds up their phone while putting their change away and gets their point in two seconds, with no stamp card and no app.
The case where every second counts: quick visits, small amounts, a permanent queue.
The constraint: the morning queue
In bakeries and coffee shops, loyalty is played out over very short, very numerous visits, often concentrated in two hours in the morning and one at lunch. Anything that adds five seconds per customer is paid for in queue length, and therefore in lost customers.
That is what condemns loyalty programmes that ask for a phone number: they are dropped by the team within days because they block the counter.
Two seconds, without the server doing anything
The tag sits next to the till. The customer holds their phone to it as they collect their change or put their card away. The person at the counter does nothing and is already serving the next customer.
There is nothing to ask, nothing to type, nothing to stamp, so nothing that can be dropped on rush days.
The stamp card, only better
The principle stays the one your customers know: ten coffees, the eleventh free. What changes is the medium. No more cards to print, no more cards forgotten at home, no more stamps to find, and no more cards filled in twice.
You also see what a paper card cannot show: how many customers come back, how often, and how many rewards are actually claimed.
One tag, several uses
The page shown at the moment of the point can also carry your closing hours, your new menu, your social networks, or invite a Google review. It is a contact channel with your regulars that requires no sign-up from them and fills nobody’s inbox.

Frequently asked questions
Does it slow down the till?
No. The customer uses the tag while you serve the next one: the action runs alongside service, not inside it.
Can a customer earn two points, morning and lunchtime?
That depends on your setting. You set a minimum delay between two points; at six hours, the morning and lunchtime visits count for one point.
Can I keep my “eleventh one free” rule?
Yes. You freely choose the number of points and the reward. You can change it whenever you like, without replacing the tag.
If I change the threshold, are points already earned lost?
No. Existing counters are kept; the new threshold simply applies from then on to unlock the reward.
