Every customer sees your news on the page they open at every visit. Those who left you their number or email also get it at home. The others receive nothing: they chose so.
They read what they asked for, from those they trust. Three studies.

Marketing that forces no one.
The customer chooses what they receive. You keep what they entrust to you.
No message without consent
Texts and emails only go to customers who asked for them. The others see your news at the till, that is all.

Frequently asked questions
Can I send notifications?
Yes, from the browser, to customers who accept them, and by text or email to those who asked for your news. No app to install, and never a forced message.
Can I email my customers?
Yes, those who left you their email to receive your news. The others see your news on the page they open at every visit, without receiving anything at home.
How does a customer sign up for texts and emails?
From the page they open after their point, if they wish: they leave their number or email and tick the box themselves, which is never pre-ticked. They can opt out at any time.
Who writes the messages?
You do, in the back office, in a few lines. For a network, head office can write for every shop or let each point of sale write its own.
Is my customers’ data mine?
Yes. The numbers and emails your customers give you are yours, for your programme. Lecy does not sell them and does not use them for anything else.
The second layer of Lecy: a direct channel to your loyal customers. News, promotions, new products, social media, pushed in a few clicks to the customers who chose to follow you.
The reward SMS is not just a gift: it is a channel. How a network uses Lecy promo codes to turn the physical footfall of its sites into an audience for its online marketplace.
The older solutions had to collect your data to identify you, then turned that collection into their real product. Loyalty became marketing in disguise. Lecy separates the two: build loyalty first, communicate only if the customer asks for it.
