The simplest loyalty
The Saturday reader, recognised in one gesture
One tap while paying, the visit is counted; nothing to fill in, nothing to keep.
Learn moreThe reader who drops by every Saturday is the heart of the bookshop. The tag recognises them without asking them to fill in anything.

In short
Lecy is a loyalty programme for bookshops that works with a dynamic NFC tag placed at the till: the reader holds up their phone while paying and the visit is counted, with no stamp card, no app and no form to fill in.
What you get
The simplest loyalty
One tap while paying, the visit is counted; nothing to fill in, nothing to keep.
Learn moreCustomer listening
After their point, the reader says how it went; that feedback lands in your back-office.
Learn moreGoogle reviews
Right after the visit, the reader can leave a Google review in one tap: asked at the right moment, with no sign begging for it.
Learn moreAI visibility (AEO)
Lecy shows you what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answer when people look for a bookshop, and prepares what it takes to be in it.

A bookshop lives on its regulars: those who come every week, follow your advice, order the book they cannot find elsewhere.
Yet at the till most of them stay anonymous. The stamp card gets lost, and the customer file asks for details many prefer to keep.
So you do not know how many readers come back, or how often.
The Lecy dynamic NFC tag sits next to the payment terminal.
The reader holds their phone to it while paying, and the visit is counted. At every tap the chip produces a unique, encrypted, single-use token: the point proves the reader was in the shop.
They stay anonymous if they wish. Your team has nothing to do and keeps recommending books.
In France, the Lang law sets a fixed price for new books and caps the bookseller’s discount at 5% of that price; other countries have their own rules.
The Lecy reward is free text: you define it, within the rules that apply to you.
You also set the threshold and how long points stay valid, and you can change them at any time without losing the points already earned.
The page that opens on the tap shows your news: a talk with an author, a signing, the autumn selection.
Readers who left their number can also be told by text, and nobody else.
Right after the point, the reader can say how it went: that feedback reaches you privately. They can also leave a Google review in one tap, right after paying.

You define it: Lecy displays the reward you enter, without calculating it. In France the Lang law caps the discount on new books at 5% of the publisher’s price; your reward has to stay within the rules that apply to you.
Yes. It appears in your news on the page that opens on the tap, and readers who left their number can receive it by text.
No. Lecy plugs into neither your management software nor your till: the tag counts visits on its own side, without touching your IT.
At every tap, the page shows their points and what is left before the reward, in your colours. They can also check their account later on lecytap.com.
